Zach is currently a police officer at the Gillette, Wyoming Police Department and holds a Professional Peace Officer Certification through the State of Wyoming Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.). Zach is an avid shooter and knowledgeable firearms instructor. Zach is a certified Glock and AR-15 armorer as well as a certified firearms instructor, for pistols and patrol rifles, through various institutions to include the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy. Zach is a certified firearms practitioner / lecturer from Wyoming P.O.S.T. Zach has spent numerous hours instructing the proper operation of firearms in defensive situations. Zach has assisted in developing multiple firearms training plans, firearms qualifications as well as force-on-force / stress inoculation courses. Zach competes in prone small-bore and Ruger rim-fire shooting events. Zach’s personal proficiency with the firearms he instructs is truly something to be desired.
